Who's at the Door?
Inviting a worker in to your home has to be one of the scariest things there is to do..... I know it is for me! When I call a company for service who is going to show up? They will be walking through places I usually don't even have my friends in! While I am at work they will be there with my wife and children. I know we have all had the experience of opening the door and thinking "well maybe I don't need indoor plumbing that bad!" So I want to introduce the people who power our company so you will know who is at the door.
Pictured above is my wonderful family. 15 years ago I started the Carpet Medic and it along with my family has grown and grown. My wife and I have been happily married for 14 years and have been partners in running the Carpet Medic for our entire marriage. I try to answer most phone calls myself so I can stay in touch will all our customers and give my personal guarantee that Carpet Medic will treat you right.
This is Philip and he is one heck of a guy. He has been our lead technician for 5 years. He is most likely the guy at the door, and quite frankly one of the best cleaners I have ever seen. Philip is married with one daughter and another bundle on the way. He is a trained chef (so you can ask him for some recipes) and a pretty avid outdoorsman.
Erin handles most of the office duties and keeps me in line. Erin has been with us for 2 years and loves movies and music. We make sure to have Erin clean a few carpet once in a while to make sure her skills don't get rusty.
